Transparency is the key. Our design fee is set depending on the size of the space.

SMALL SPACE/ROOM - Up to 150 sq ft. $900 flat design fee. 

MEDIUM SPACE/ROOM - up to 300 sq ft. $1300 flat design fee.

LARGE SPACE/ROOM - 300 sq ft. and above. $1800  flat design fee.

Prices quoted are pre-tax (6.35%)

The design fee covers the initial meeting, measurements, rough sketch, mood board, formal floor plan, and detailed plans for furniture, lighting and accessories. Plus an itemized budget. We also provide a full presentation of the design and one round of changes. We charge 50% of the design fee upon the signing of the agreement, and the remainder after the presentation.  Any further changes are charged at $110 per hour. 

Following the presentation, you have a choice. 

You manage the project yourself using our plan. In which case our job is done. 

We manage the project for you. In which case, we will provide an estimate in advance.
